Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from If you do not receive this email, please:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. If it's not there - let us know you haven't received the mail (via the Contact Us tab, or email We can check your email address is correct in our system.

This email means that we have received your order in our system and charged your PayPal account or credit card for the purchase.

Please check the details in your confirmation email are correct, and let us know (via the Contact Us tab, or email if any details need changing immediately. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, and we may be unable to make changes once we have begun processing.

Order Shipment

  • Apparel items are custom printed to order, and typically shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase.
  • Our helmets are made to order and shipped within 24-48hrs. We ship with DHL and it takes between 3-5 business days to arrive USA. Custom made upon order designs will take 8 weeks minimum.  (We ONLY Ship orders during business days Monday to Friday).
  • International orders may take 10-17 days depending on where in the world you are located.

We will send you a confirmation email after 10pm EST each business day on the day we ship your order. Your tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Damages & Mistakes

Damages occur in transit, and mistakes happen from time to time. We are human! Just contact us (via the Contact Us tab, or email and we'll help straighten things out. We will always replace damaged items and correct mistakes, with no additional cost or inconvenience to you.


We will accept exchanges on all our helmets offered in the event that you order the wrong size. The item will need to be returned first before the exchange is shipped out.

Since all apparel items are custom printed to order, we are regrettably unable to accept returns. So please check our detailed size guides(which you can find on all apparel product pages) carefully.

Cancellations & Changes


We operate a state-of-the-art, fully automated print production line. This means that we are able to custom print and ship orders quickly directly from our base here in South Dakota(USA).

This also means that once an order has been placed, we are usually unable to alter or cancel it - as it hits the production floor very rapidly.

Please double check the details of your order on the cart and checkout pages prior to ordering!


Refunds are offered at our own discretion, or in the very rare event where we are unable to fulfill your order.

Refunds will only be issued to the original PayPal account or credit card that you use when placing your order. Contact us (via the Contact Us tab, or email to discuss your situation.
