Damages occur in transit, and mistakes happen from time to time. We are human! Just contact us (via the Contact Us tab, or email firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll help straighten things out. We will always replace damaged items and correct mistakes, with no additional cost or inconvenience to you.
We will accept exchanges on all our helmets offered in the event that you order the wrong size. The item will need to be returned first before the exchange is shipped out.
Since all apparel items are custom printed to order, we are regrettably unable to accept returns. So please check our detailed size guides(which you can find on all apparel product pages) carefully.
We operate a state-of-the-art, fully automated print production line. This means that we are able to custom print and ship orders quickly directly from our base here in South Dakota(USA).
This also means that once an order has been placed, we are usually unable to alter or cancel it - as it hits the production floor very rapidly.

Refunds are offered at our own discretion, or in the very rare event where we are unable to fulfill your order.
